Support coordinators with First Nations experience understand the cultural, geographic and systemic barriers that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander participants face when navigating the NDIS.
Many work within or alongside community-controlled organisations to provide culturally safe coordination that respects kinship structures, community obligations and Country.
