CompareSupports is an independent directory built to help NDIS participants find the right plan manager. Here's exactly how it works.
What we are
CompareSupports is an independent, free-to-use directory of NDIS plan managers. We are not affiliated with the NDIA, the NDIS Commission, or any plan management provider. No provider has paid for placement, and no provider can influence their ranking.
Where our data comes from

How rankings work
Default ordering in the directory shows providers with Google ratings and review counts first, sorted by review count descending. Providers without ratings appear below those with ratings. There are no paid placements — you can verify this by sorting by Name to see an alphabetical list.
The quiz matching sorts by your chosen priority (rating, fast payment, or best match) after applying your filters for state, language, and specialist area.
How feature signals work
Features like "same-day payment", "no waitlist", "independent", and "has mobile app" are inferred from signals in provider website text, SERP results, and description snippets. We require at least two confirming keywords before marking a feature. These signals are best-effort — we recommend verifying directly with any provider before making a decision.
Language signals work the same way: a provider is listed as supporting a language when two or more confirming signals appear in web-sourced content about that provider.
Accuracy and updates
Provider data is updated periodically from the sources listed above. Registration status reflects the most recent NDIS Provider Register export. If you notice incorrect information, please contact us and we'll investigate.
Independence
CompareSupports has no commercial relationship with any plan management provider. We do not accept payment for listings, sponsored placements, or referral fees. Our only goal is to make it easier for participants and families to find the right provider.
Limitations
- Google reviews may include reviews for non-plan-management services at the same business (e.g. tax preparation). We flag this where we detect multiple NDIS categories.
- State coverage is inferred from provider websites and may not reflect exact service boundaries. Always confirm directly with a provider.
- Feature signals are automated and may be incomplete. "Not listed" does not mean a provider doesn't offer a feature.
