CompareSupports lists all NDIS-registered plan managers from the NDIS Provider Register. If your information is wrong or missing, we want to fix it.
How listings work
Every registered NDIS plan management provider is included automatically from the NDIS Provider Register. We do not accept paid listings or charge providers to be listed. Your presence in the directory is based solely on your NDIS registration status.
What we show
- Business name, ABN, and NDIS registration details
- Google rating and review count (from Google Places)
- Languages offered, specialist areas, and features — inferred from public web signals
- States served — inferred from your website
- Description — pulled from your website
How to update your information
We pull data from public sources automatically. The most reliable way to ensure your listing is accurate is:
- Your website: Make sure your website clearly states which states you serve, languages you offer, and features like portals or apps. Our crawler will pick this up on the next update.
- Google Business Profile: Keeping your Google listing accurate improves both your rating display and name matching in our directory.
- NDIS Provider Register: Keep your registration details current with the NDIS Commission.
- Contact us directly: For urgent corrections or data errors, send us a message and we'll review it manually.
Paid placements
We do not offer paid placements, sponsored listings, or featured positions. Rankings are based entirely on publicly available data. This is intentional — it protects participants from pay-to-win directories and ensures the directory reflects genuine quality signals.
Claiming or correcting your profile
If you find errors in your listing — wrong name, incorrect features, missing states — please contact us with the specific corrections and a link to the public source (e.g. your website, Google Business Profile). We review all correction requests within 5 business days.
