Is MY PLACE FOUNDATION NDIS registered?
Yes. MY PLACE FOUNDATION is registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission as an approved plan management provider. You can verify their registration at the official NDIS provider finder.
How much does plan management through MY PLACE FOUNDATION cost?
By NDIS regulation, plan management fees are paid from a dedicated Improved Life Choices line item in your plan. You do not pay MY PLACE FOUNDATION directly — there is no out-of-pocket cost to participants.
Does MY PLACE FOUNDATION operate nationally?
Yes. MY PLACE FOUNDATION provides plan management services to NDIS participants across all Australian states and territories.
Can I switch to a different plan manager?
Yes. Switching plan managers is free and does not require an NDIS plan review. You can change at any time by providing written notice to your current provider, then signing with your new plan manager. MY PLACE FOUNDATION can assist with the transition process.
