On 16 April 2025, a notice of revocation of registration was issued to Grace Support Services Pty Limited on the basis that a delegate of the Commissioner reasonably believes that Grace Support Services Pty Limited has contravened section 73J of the NDIS Act. More specifically, the failure by Grace Support Services Pty Limited in completing an assessment of the remaining elements of the Certification audit to be conducted three months after service delivery has commenced in any of the classes of support that require certification assessment.The revocation takes effect from 5 pm on 21 May 2025.
