This agency sent out a worker who refused to help my Auntie and the worker was on her phone for 3 hours to her friends and playing Indian music, not knowing I was in the next room. The boss of the agency didn't do anything. We changed agencies.

Two hour clean, they were only here an hour and a half and the kitchen was still had not been cleaned properly do not recommend was meant to have a support worker. They did not come.
