Is Creative Memories NDIS registered?
Yes. Creative Memories is registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission as an approved plan management provider. You can verify their registration at the official NDIS provider finder.
How much does plan management through Creative Memories cost?
By NDIS regulation, plan management fees are paid from a dedicated Improved Life Choices line item in your plan. You do not pay Creative Memories directly — there is no out-of-pocket cost to participants.

Can I switch to a different plan manager?
